​​The Bark Side offers a 30 day guarantee for manufacturing defects. Beyond this time it is considered regular wear and tear. If any items you receive are faulty or damaged, please email alex@thebarksidedogcollars.com.au to notify us. Please include details of the fault/damage and if possible a photo of the fault/damage.


We accept payments through Square, Paypal and Afterpay. You can access the Afterpay option within the checkout area.


We post our items through Australia Post - either via parcel post or priority large letter. If for any reason the postage for your order works out cheaper, you will be refunded the difference.

Returns & Refunds

As our items are handmade and made to order, we are unable to accept returns. For faulty or damaged items, please refer to our Warranty/Guarantee policy.

How can I get my pet featured?

For your chance to have your pet featured on The Bark Side's social media pages, be sure to follow us on Instagram (@leadmetothebarkside) and Facebook (@LeadMeToTheBarkSide) and when posting photos featuring our products be sure to tag us in your photos and use the hashtag #leadmetothebarkside.

How long will my order take to make?

Currently we aim to have your items made within 2 - 3 business days. If there are going to be any delays we will keep you updated.
